Motherhood Minis are open! I am opening five, 20-minute sessions for mommas and their kiddos on April 27.

Moms are constantly taking photos and documenting family life. Which means moms are often missing from all the daily photos. These Motherhood Mini sessions are dedicated just for moms and their kiddos. Images from sessions will be delivered on Mother’s Day!

This makes a great Mother’s Day gift!

I have secured access to a beautiful outdoor venue to provide a unique backdrop for these Motherhood sessions. Venue is located near Zona Rosa. Exact name and address of the venue will be provided on booking.

Motherhood Mini Sessions

I’m really excited to do something new for my motherhood minis. This year the proceeds from each Motherhood Mini session booked will go towards Consider the Lily, Inc. Consider The Lily is a home created to rescue and redeem girls in Manila, Philippines from exploitation.

In addition to your session I am gifting each mom a pair of earrings from Alam Ko Jewlery. Alam Ko Jewelry is in partnership with Consider the Lilly and provides a livable wage for women in the Philippines, which means a safe home and education for themselves and their children.

So for this year’s Motherhood Minis I am opening four, 25 minute sessions for mommas and their kiddos on May 16.

Having these sessions after Mother’s Day gives families the chance to surprise mom with a gift certificate on Mother’s Day. It gives her a chance to plan for the session and decide on outfits. When you book one of these limited Motherhood Minis I’ll provide an image certificate you can print off and give to her on Mother’s Day.

One thing I love about in-home sessions is how slow paced and relaxed they can be. There’s no reason to rush and scramble. When a family is comfortable during their session that often reflected in their images.

Sweet Isla J. was a champ and slept through the entire newborn session. Our secret? Swaddled her up really tight and cozy. It was just what she needed. She was so comfy she snoozed the whole time—making her momma’s wish come true.

The first few weeks after bringing home a new baby are such a blur. It’s often hard to remember what life was like when they were so small and squishy. It’s one reason I love lifestyle sessions so much. These sessions capture those small moments early in a child’s life that are hard to remember because they go by so fast (and because of sleep deprivation).
